Anna's Bar

Licensed Bar, serving all your favourites from our local Sunraysia producers, Australia & around the world. Larry’s Piazza is a licensed function space, with the Bar being operated for all events by Larry’s.

There is strictly NO BYO alcohol or drinks.

There are weekday & weekend charges along with stacked use charges.

Our Italian inspired menu caters for your entertainment needs using quality ingredients from local & imported Italian ingredients, with stations set up around our ‘indoor piazza’.

The following stations will be available for a period of 3 hours during your event.

Antipasto Station

Pizzette Station

housemade pizza, using local & imported Italian ingredients, cooked in the wood oven

Dietary Requirements can be accommodated & must be communicated prior to the event.

No external food allowed.

Celebratory cake allowed, however must be communicated prior to the event. $1 cake surcharge for plateage.

We have partnered with our local producers of wine, and provide a variety of fan favourite beers & spirits.

Wedding/Events Setup - Early Access additional fee applicable per day stacked.

ie. Friday + Saturday $3000 + GST

DEPOSIT

To secure your booking the hire fee must be paid.

In the event of cancellation up to one month prior to the event, 50% of the deposit hire charge will be refunded.
Within one month, hire fee will not be refundable.

Food payment is due 1 week prior to the event.
On conclusion of your event, (rubbish removal if applicable) and bar charge is payable.
Incidentals (if any arise) will be discussed prior to charging.

FUNCTION SPACE

The function space available to you, is the main dining area with festoon lighting,
Adjoining ‘Anna’s Bar’, ‘Café Area’ & ‘Pizza Station’.

MINIMUM NUMBERS

A minimum number of 50 guests will be charged, along with space hire fee.
A maximum of 80-100 guests can fit within the allocated space area, between stand up & sit down events.
Please discuss your options with management prior to booking.

PIAZZA FOOD

Food items will be catered by Larrys Piazza, (unless otherwise advised), using the stations provided.
Dietary requirements must be advised prior to the event.
No external food items to be bought into the venue.
Celebratory cake must be advised prior to the event & will be charged at $1 per plate.

ANNA'S BAR

Bar prices will be charged separately to the hire fee.

Bar tab available OR part pay by hirer & guests.

No drinks packages available.

If there are any other specific drinks, please discuss this with us.

EVENT STYLING

Additional styling for your event, including additional/different tables/chairs, decorations etc. is organised & paid by you, the hirer.

Event stylists must adhere to the bump in/out rules as set out below,

Unless otherwise discussed (ie. collection following Monday after a Saturday/Sunday event.)

Larry’s takes no responsibility for outside styling items & will not be responsible for any damaged items on our premises.

DEPOSIT

BUMP IN & OUT TIMES

Access for the Venue will be available on the day of your event from 9am (unless otherwise advised & discussed).

Conclusion of event 11pm - with everyone vacated at 11.30pm.

Additional day hire bump in time will be from 9am - 5pm.

RUBBISH REMOVAL

Cleaning is included within the hire fee, for main space area, ie.crockery items.

Any external rubbish left behind may be subject to a cleaning fee.

All rubbish must be removed & placed into the bins provided at the rear of the building.

Additional cleaning fee will apply to the hirer for rubbish removal, if not completed at $100+ GST per hour.

DAMAGES

The hirer accepts the terms of use, that any damages incurred to the space will be reported & charged to you the hirer.
